How to diagnose5

1. Unplug the machine, and wait for the water to cool if it was a hot program.
2. Place a towel and shallow tray in front of the pump filter at the bottom front, and open it slowly to drain the water.
3. Clean the filter and check the impeller behind it turns freely.
4. Check the drain hose and drain pipe for blockage or kinks.
5. If the code returns, the technician unplugs the machine and tests the pump and level sensor.

1. Clean the pump filter and close it tightly.
2. Straighten or clean the hose.
3. Clear the drain pipe.
4. Replace the drain pump.
5. Check and repair the level sensor, then run a spin program.
