What it means

How to diagnose5

Confirm the home has water and the tap is fully open.
Unplug the machine and close the tap, then remove the inlet hose at the machine and clean the mesh filter in the inlet.
Check the hose for kinks, refit it and open the tap.
Run a rinse program and check water enters the drum.
If no water enters despite good pressure, the technician unplugs the machine and checks the inlet valve and level sensor.

Clean the inlet filter.
Straighten or replace the hose.
Replace the water inlet valve.
Fix the sensor tube or replace the sensor, then run a full program.

If low pressure is permanent in the home it may help, but first make sure the filter is clean and the hose is not kinked.
