Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026. We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible.
What we collect
- Search queries: we store the search text, its language and the number of results, not linked to your identity, to learn what content is needed.
- Mistake reports: the report text, its status and our reply. Your email only if you choose to provide it and agree to its use.
- Abuse protection: we keep an irreversible, keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated attempts. We do not store the address itself.
Report tracking link
When you send a report you get a private tracking link containing a random, unguessable token. We do not store the token itself, only a one-way hash of it, so nobody can open your report without the link. The link is saved in your browser only (local storage) to show your “My reports” list; you can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Tracking pages are not indexed by search engines and their address is not sent to other websites.
- Providing an email is entirely optional, and a report is accepted only after you agree to the terms and privacy policy.
- We use your email for one purpose only: sending the tracking link when you submit, and notifying you when the status changes or a reply is posted.
- We never send marketing emails, never share your email, and it is never shown on the tracking page.
Cookies
We use a necessary session cookie only when you submit a form, and your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser. There is no visitor registration and no accounts.
Ads and third-party services
We may show ads from providers such as Google, who may use cookies to show relevant ads under their own policies. We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from automated abuse.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any report you sent, or remove your email from it, by contacting us with its tracking link at [email protected].
