How to diagnose5

1. Press Power and then Start to resume the cycle; if it finishes normally, the code was a one-off outage.
2. Make sure the plug is fully inserted, and look at the socket for burn marks or heat.
3. Plug the washer directly into a wall socket without an extension lead.
4. If the earth leakage switch trips with the washer, do not keep resetting it; unplug the washer and call a technician.
5. If the code repeats with a sound socket and stable power, a technician unplugs the washer before opening it and checks the power cord and the main board.
