How to diagnose5

Make sure the door and ice compartment close tightly and the seal is intact.
Take out the ice bucket, remove stuck lumps and refit it.
Unplug the fridge for a few minutes, then restart it.
If there is heavy ice, do a manual defrost after moving the food to a cool place.
If the code returns, a technician unplugs the fridge before opening any cover, then checks the fan motor and wiring, including the door hinge wiring.
