How to diagnose5

1. Unplug the dishwasher for a few minutes, then restart it on a normal program.
2. Make sure it is plugged into a sound wall socket with no power strip, and the water tap is fully open.
3. Clean the bottom filters, because blockage can reduce the water circulating past the heater.
4. A technician unplugs the machine before opening it, then measures the heater and temperature sensor against the manufacturer specification.
5. The technician checks the connectors, wiring and thermal cut-out without bypassing it, then the heater output on the main board.
