This code appears on Samsung inverter split wall units such as WindFree and Digital Inverter. It means the outdoor fan is stopped or not reaching its target speed, based on the motor signal to the outdoor board. The unit stops the compressor because without condenser cooling, pressure and temperature rise quickly. The same code can mean something else on other brands.

- Review the installation position if the unit faces strong direct wind.

Why not run the AC with the outdoor fan stopped?
