What it means

This code appears on Samsung inverter split wall units such as WindFree and Digital Inverter. It means the thermistor on the evaporator outlet pipe is open or shorted. The unit uses this sensor together with the inlet sensor to control cooling, and it normally stops the compressor until it is fixed. Not every model has this sensor and the wording can differ between series; the same code can mean something else on other brands.

Check the sensor is fixed on the outlet pipe and each plug is in its correct socket.
Measure the sensor resistance against the Samsung table.
If the sensor is good, check the sensor input on the indoor board.
