What it means

The engine computer has seen the signal from camshaft position sensor B on bank 1 drop out briefly and then return. The cause is usually an unstable connection in the connector or wiring, or a sensor affected by engine heat.

Drive to full operating temperature to see whether the fault is heat-related.
If sensors A and B are identical, swap them; if the fault moves to P0344, the sensor is faulty.
