What it means

This is a Nissan-specific code for vehicles with NATS; the same number can mean something different on other makes. It means the immobilizer read the key chip successfully, but its ID is not registered in the system, so the engine is not allowed to start. It usually happens with a new or copied key that was never programmed, or a key from another car.
