What it means
This code applies to twelve-cylinder engines and means the engine computer has seen cylinder 11 repeatedly fail to fire. With so many cylinders the driver may not feel any shaking, but the unburned fuel still harms the catalytic converter.

Can I put off the repair?
It is not advised, because unburned fuel overheats the catalytic converter on that cylinder's bank and can destroy it, which costs far more than the repair.
