This code appears on Panasonic inverter split air conditioners and is read from the fault history with the CHECK button on the remote. It means the outdoor coil temperature sensor saw a very high temperature during cooling, a sign of high pressure in the refrigerant circuit, so the unit stopped the compressor for protection.
