3. Check the drain hose for kinks and make sure its end is not pushed deep into the drain pipe.
4. Make sure HE detergent is used at the right dose.
5. If the code returns, the technician unplugs the machine and checks the pump and its wiring.

2. Straighten the hose and reset its position in the drain pipe.
3. Clear the drain pipe.
4. Remove the object from the pump or replace the pump.
