What it means

The engine computer found that the voltage in the control circuit of the EVAP leak detection pump (LDP) is higher than expected. This usually means an open pump coil or control wire, or a control wire shorted to a voltage source.

Use a scan tool to command the pump and confirm it responds after the repair.
